We design bespoke display homes for showcasing new developments and aid the sales of new-build properties. ‘Copy and paste’ staging packages don’t always work for developers who are wanting to sell a desirable lifestyle, so we tailor designs to be site specific and appeal to the target audience.

We understand the importance of Interior Design for showcasing the display home in its best light in order to help potential buyer envisage how they would live their best life in their future home. We consider no detail too small when designing a display home that speaks to buyers, considering how they would use the space, the style they would want, the brands they would buy.

As a holistic service to help developers keep a natural flow in the sales journey, we can assist with creating the marketing suite and design direction for any CGI’s that will be made for marketing materials prior to the site being ready for a display unit.

Section Subtitle

Our ultimate goal is to design memorable display homes that will optimise sales for your development, however, we understand that developers come in different shapes and sizes. For this reason we offer different levels of service to suit a variety of budgets and levels of involvement. Here's how it can work for you...

 HOW WE WORK

Initial Consultation

We start with a FREE 'getting to know you' meeting where we chat about your project and gather the information we need to proceed.

Design Concept

Once we have agreed on a brief, we will put together a FREE design concept for your display home in the form of mood boards that show the optimal look and feel, and a layout.

DIY FF&E

If you are inspired by the design concept but would prefer to take care of the leg work yourself, you can purchase a detailed 'DIY FF&E schedule' that will enable you to achieve the concept for yourself.

The Works

Let us take care of the heavy lifting - literally! We can manage your project from design through to ordering, delivery, installation and styling.
